Drawing from decades of executive leadership, coaching, business strategy, organizational transformation, and people development, Sarah brings both real-world experience and practical tools to the organizations she serves.
Her philosophy is simple: Strong organizations are built by strong people, healthy cultures, and leaders who intentionally develop both.
Sarah is also the founder of Fearlessly Unshackled, a faith-centered ministry and platform dedicated to helping people experience freedom, discover their identity in Christ, and courageously become who God created and called them to be.
Through speaking, teaching, coaching, live events, books, and Faith Conversations, Sarah encourages people to break free from fear, limiting beliefs, shame, and the lies that keep them from fully living.
