 “Iron Sharpens Iron” Roping Event
When May 2nd from 4-8pm and May 3rd from 9am- 3pm
Where: The Dex in Huron South Dakota.

Our events are free to attend because we believe in making these opportunities accessible to everyone. We do this because of what Jesus did for all of us—John 3:16 reminds us, “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” Inspired by His love, we want to serve others in our own way, sharing faith and community.

This is a day-and-a-half roping clinic dedicated to sharpening our skills both in the arena and in life.

The clinic will focus on technique and precision to elevate performance in the roping pen while fostering spiritual growth.
Throughout the event, experienced professionals will teach proper horse care and maintenance, a—ensuring success both in the arena and in caring for God's creatures.  More importantly, we will dedicate time to nurturing your spiritual development—helping you gain a deeper understanding of who God is and how much He loves each of His children.

We believe God has divine appointments for each of us, and we pray this event will create those special moments. Our desire is for both parents and students to be touched and strengthened—building a community of like-minded individuals who are eager to learn, grow in their faith, and deepen their relationship with God.

Please note that this clinic will not include live cattle and will focus exclusively on developing precision and technical skills in the sport. We will be using roping dummies and sleds for practice. During this time, you will work with experienced experts who will help evaluate your throws and approach, identifying opportunities to improve and refine your technique. The primary goal is to strengthen your fundamentals and discover ways to shave seconds off your times—key to reaching your goals for the upcoming rodeo season. What you learn here can be immediately applied to your practice routines at home, helping you perfect your skills and be ready to hit the ground running this spring.

This clinic is offered at no cost. However, we do welcome volunteers who can provide food or make financial contributions to help cover the expenses. Any support is greatly appreciated!

Last year, we impacted over 300 lives, including more than 100 students.
